BinInfo.io provides a Bank Identification Number (BIN) lookup service through a web interface and API. The Service allows users to retrieve information about payment card issuers based on BIN data.

The Service is provided for legitimate business purposes including:

• Payment processing and fraud prevention
• Customer verification and validation
• Business analytics and reporting
• Software development and integration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Rate Limits

Free accounts are limited to 100 requests per minute and 10,000 requests per month. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension or account termination.

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in credit card fraud or any illegal activity
• Process stolen or unauthorized payment card data
• Facilitate identity theft or financial crimes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or harvest data in bulk for resale
• Compete directly with BinInfo.io using our data

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date BIN data, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The completeness or accuracy of BIN information
• The availability of data for all BIN ranges
• Real-time updates to issuer information

The Service is provided "as is" and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions or fraud prevention measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BinInfo.io and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BININFO.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BinInfo.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your violation of applicable laws

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (for paid plans)
• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
